Everything You Need to Know

LEARNING COMMONS CONSTRUCTION

When you visit campus, you'll notice that exciting progress is underway at Whitefield as we build for the future! Through God’s provision and the generosity of our community, construction of the Learning Commons will begin in March 2025, bringing changes to parking, traffic flow, and campus access. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.

Scheduled to open in Fall 2026, the Learning Commons will be a central hub for academic growth, spiritual development, and community connection for students in PreK–Grade 12. It will feature a dining hall, STEAM Hub/Innovation Lab, additional classrooms, an expanded library designed for research, technology, and collaboration, a campus store, a café, a prayer room, meeting spaces, and offices.

Q. WILL CARPOOL BE AFFECTED?

A. Yes, there will be some changes. They are outlined below.

  • Lower School Carpool: No changes! Lucky WolfPups!
Please Note: Students will still be able to walk between divisions during carpool while construction is ongoing.

  • Middle and Upper School Carpool: Middle and Upper School drop-off will begin at 7:20 a.m. (8:20 a.m. on Wednesday) to help improve traffic flow. If you have students in multiple divisions, we recommend dropping off Middle and Upper School students first before heading to Lower School.

  • Upper School Students: Seniors keep their assigned spots. Juniors and sophomores will park in the overflow lot.
